Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@buyrighthere.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@buyrighthere.com within 14 days of receiving the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Your order is not arriving because of an incorrect address provided by you or exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?

If you want to initiate a return or refund, please complete the following steps:

  1. In the event of a return or refund request contact us via email at support@buyrighthere.com and include the evidence if required;
  2. After we have approved the order return or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the  address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
  3. You must provide a tracking number;
  4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for damaged or incorrect product we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.
